Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping methods & delivery times (US only):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (order by 12:00 PM EST)
Shipping costs:
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over a certain amount (see website banner for current threshold).
PO boxes:
We ship to PO boxes via USPS. Delivery times may vary for military addresses.
Order tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking status to update.
Lost or stolen packages:
HomeLuxen is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us for assistance with filing a claim.
International shipping:
Currently, HomeLuxen ships only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
